Jeong Ho Park, the new assoc. principal of the KBS Radio Symphony Orchestra in Seoul, Korea (above right), receives Konzertexamen degree with honors in spite of the slight transportation damge to his bass (he is comforted by Zsuzsa Balint, left). Other student exams, including those by Simo Vaisanen, Myung Soo Go, Bartosz Sikorski, Meaghan Williams, and special guest-star Carlo Antonio (below, center) all received the highest grades.

I'm from Costa Rica, but currently I'm studying in Texas. I went to one of your master classes at the University of North Texas. I learned a lot and enjoyed it very much. I study at Baylor University and I play from time to time with some of the orchestras in this area.

Next year I will a senior at Baylor University. My teacher is Dr. Buddo. I'm married -- my wife, Brenda Bourillon, plays bassoon and she is also from Costa Rica. We have a cat named Maurice (we wanted to name him Gustav, but he was so little when we first picked him up from the shelter, that Gustav didn't seem to fit...)
