Wieland awarded at the German Music Competition

Wieland Bachmann chosen as stipendiat of the Deutscher Musik Wettbewerb (German Music Competition), a week long competition in which young string players, winds, pianists and chamber groups all complete with each other for the coveted prizes.

International Music Course in Glucholazy



The XX INTERNATIONAL MUSIC COURSE will take place in Glucholazy, Poland, near the border with the Czech Republic, from the 11-21th August 2009. In addition to courses for the violin, viola, cello, piano and chamber music, Michael Wolf will hold masterclasses for double bass. He will be performing with other faculty members, including Tomasz Tomaszewski, Celina Hellerowa, Fabio Bidini, Claude Lelong, Alicja Paleta-Bugaj, Włodzimierz Promiński, Matias de Oliveira Pinto and Catalin Ilea.
